Coca-Cola reinvigorates salesforce skills development program

Karpira conducts an in-house sales skills development program for The Coca-Cola Bottler’s Iran salespeople in conjunction with its partner company; PBIC management consulting. Gursan Gurel, Coca-Cola Bottler’s Iran human resource director supervises the project.

The program is designed to develop salespeople selling skills. The framework of the program is supported by studying and practising basic working skills including self-management, verbal communications, non-verbal communications, and is followed by practising essential selling techniques.
