Kayson reviews ITMS business processes

Karpira reviews and redesigns Kayson’s information technology management system business processes. The stakeholder analysis will be conducted to ensure that the system is capable to address stakeholders key expectations. Information technology policy, high-level business processes, process interactions, performance indicators and organizational structure are subjected to review and redesign.

Kayson is an Iranian based engineering and construction company, established in 1975. The company has successfully developed and commissioned several domestic and international civil infrastructure and industrial projects.
